Many teenagers in Uganda grow up without parents, without feeling loved, without support during difficult times of suffering. Around the age of 14-15, they begin to have many questions and challenges that are normal for this stage of life.
For the women who live near the jungle, coming at the meetings for Bible study is like a refuge for them. During two hours, they pray, sing, encourage one another and forget a little bit all the problems they encounter each day. This time refreshes their soul.
On Saturday afternoons, the men come to the missionary campus for Bible study. Our missionaries teach them about the primary calling of a Christian man and the role they have in their homes as husbands and fathers. They also learn about God’s principles and commandments regarding our lives.
Each morning from Monday to Friday, for two hours, we have a special time with the church leaders studying together the Word of God and praying for the ministry work within the churches where they serve.
We are called to tell people about the Good News. Together with the church leaders, we get involved daily in spreading the Gospel. We visit families, pray for them and discuss about the Word of God.
We cannot always predict what will be the greatest needs for the communities we want to help, hence why, we would like to invite you to donate for what’s most needed.
